At DPetFood, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
Please check your order when it arrives. If you are not fully satisfied, you may contact us within 3 days at info.dpetfood@gmail.com. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, refund, or arrange for collection and re-delivery of any damaged or incorrect items.
Except for the situations mentioned above, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once food has been delivered. Any product that is returned must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
DPETFOOD reserves the right to review returned products to ensure they meet these conditions. In such cases, our assessment will be final.
